Director’s duties and responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

1. Develop and implement curriculum and activities for the daycare

2. Hire, supervise and develop staff to live within the companies values.

3. Maintain accurate records and reports.

4. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

5. Maintain a safe and healthy environment for all children.

6. Respond to inquiries from parents and the public.

7. Manage the daycare's budget.

8. Oversee marketing and outreach efforts to attract new clients.

9. Manage day-to-day operations of the daycare.

Teacher's duties and responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

1. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities for preschool-aged children.

2. Provide guidance and instruction to children in accordance with the programs curriculum.

3. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

4. Ensure a safe and healthy environment for all children.

   1. Including proactive cleaning.

      1. Wiping

      2. Cleaning 

5. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress and development.

6. Maintain a clean and organized classroom.

7. Attend and participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.

Teacher's duties and responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Preparation of food

• Cleaning station and area

• Following direction of Directors recommended plan

• adhering to safety, health and food regulation given by State-Regulations
